Hello Sir/Madam,

We continue this week with our last topic; Acquisition or Retention?

Acquisition or Retention - Retention More About

Last week the key idea was to keep your client contact schedule constant and invariable.

But how to prevent it being boring and stale?

It’s not the content that is constant only the format and schedule so the content has to be bang up to date and relevant to the time and season and in tune with current events.

A line or two acknowledging the arrival of Spring or the recent Grand Final or reference to a prominent current event like the “Credit Crunch” and your message looks fresh and interesting and will grab their attention.

We would love to hear of any ideas you have on this, drop us an e-mail.
