Hello Sir/Madam,

We continue this week with our last topic; Acquisition or Retention?

Client Acquisition Part 1

Welcome to this weeks newsletter and the subject of client acquisition. Firstly why bother? The acquisition of new clients is expensive, hard work and often involves standing on the hard concrete floor at a Trade Show for 10 hours, 4 days in a row.

Promotion design, copy writing, booking ads and similar tasks are frustrating, mind numbing and in the end mostly fruitless. BUT, the second you stop writing new business you begin to contract as a business. Every year your lose on average 5% of your client base, so to expand even a tiny bit you need a 10% increase in clients per year.

Next week the secrets of acquisition part 1, Happy Marketing.
