How accurate are your databases?
The accuracy of Prospect Marketing data varies depending on the on the data Set. The B2 DataLake is at least 80% accurate. The majority of all other data is better than 95% accurate.
What guarantee is there of the data?
We guarantee that the accuracy is as advertised. If for whatever reason it is found that the accuracy is less than this, and it can be demonstrated, we will refund the difference in accuracy by percentage. Alternatively, if preferred, will replace the bad data.
How do you compile your databases?
We compile and update each record within our databases. It's a process no one else takes the time to complete. Our original lists are complied from advertised contact information as well as customer contact lists. Most of the data In the B2 DataLake comes from Telemarketing companies doing surveys etc and Online Directories where data is entered by a company for promotional purposes.
How do I install the B2 DataLake?
When you put the disc in you computer, the set-up should start automatically. Just follow the prompts to install the application containing your business contact list. If, for some reason, the set-up does not start automatically, use explore to access the CD and double-click on the executable on it to start the set-up. How can I pay for my Data or Faxing?
We accept EFT, Cheque, Visa, Marstercard and Amex. For any data, payment is required up front. For faxing - at least 50% is required before sending.
How can I receive my data?
As the B2 DataLake is produced on CD ROM, It is mailed by Express Post the day after confirming that payment has been received. In most cases it is received the day after it is sent. If preferred, download can be arranged. Other data can be sent using a number of methods including e-mail, download and even disk. We can also and put data in label format if required.
How does Fax Streaming work?
We have a database of more than 800 000 fax numbers which in many cases can be broken down by industry type and even postcode. Our service includes the ability to send a large number of faxes - Up to 10 thousand an hour if needed - to a number of fax numbers simultaneously We can help you with make up a fax. We do not charge a set-up cost. You just pay for the successful faxes sent. All we ask it at least 24 hours notice before you want to send a fax run. We are also able to mail merge unique information for each recipient like a name etc.
How much does the faxing cost?
The starting rate for faxing is 14 cents per page but as quantities increase, the price comes down.
