We Need Your Help, please!

Referrals for faxine, emailing and data purchase. How to say thanks?

Hello and welcome to the latest Newsletter from Prospect Marketing.

I recently noticed that we get a lot of our new clients for fax and email by referral and word of mouth these days so we must be doing something right! (ie a happy customer spreading the word which then results in us getting a new customer).

So I firstly want to let you know how much we really appreciate these referrals.

The referrals we are receiving are, in the main, for faxing, emailing or data purchase but of course we do have clients who refer our Free Marketing Consultation too.

I therefore want to do a bit of a survey thing here and ask you for your suggestions as to how best to reward clients for making refferals.

Should we:
a) Credit your account with us with a certain value per referral
b) Pay a percentage commission based on a sale made as a result of a refferal
c) Some other reward scheme
d) Anything else you'd suggest
Either way, I'd be very interested in your feedback so do let me know your thoughts even if it's to say you don't care!
